Explanation

Weeping solves no problem. When Arjuna sat on the field of Kurukshetra with tears in his eyes, Krishna said (Gita 2.2 to 3), 'Whence comes this delusion? It does not befit a noble soul. Arise!' The whole Gita is a call from tears to action.
This joins 'forget your sorrows' and 'do not be shaken by defeat'. To feel grief is human, but to drown in lament and stop acting is not right. Rama grieved when parted from Sita, but he did not stop at tears; he gathered the vanara army and set out to fight.

To reflect on

What could you stop lamenting about and start acting on?
