The best spend their days in learning. The middling spend them enjoying good things. The lowest spend them complaining, 'we have not eaten well, we never get our fill'.

Explanation

The verse sorts people by how they spend their time: learning, enjoying, complaining.

It is a good yardstick for asking where our own days go.

To reflect on

Are your days spent learning or complaining?
