Meaning
As the flame of the enduring moonlight goes and takes the head, and the bees in her standing tresses burn their wings, her garland does not darken though her breath heaves; she droops alone, for tonight the watch has not darkened.

Explanation
The verse again speaks of the moon's heat, this time burning her from the head down, so that even the bees in her hair scorch their wings.
Subtly, the garland not darkening means she is still adorned, though her mind has not recovered.
The watch not darkening in the last line shows the night has not ended: a double not-yet, the garland and the night both unfinished. The long stretch of waiting.
