இப்பாடல் நளன் வனத்தில் மறைவதைக் காட்டுகிறது. 'செங்கான் அகம் சிதைய' — காடே அழிவது போல் தோற்றம். அதாவது அவன் போகும் வேகத்தில் காடும் கலங்குகிறது.
சுவையான நுட்பம்: 'மேருவரைத் தோள்' — மலை போன்ற தோள். பேரழகும் பேரிடரும் ஒரே உடலில். பலம் பெற்றவனே மிகப் பெரிய இழப்பைச் செய்கிறான்.
Explanation
The verse shows Nalan vanishing into the forest. The whole red forest seems to break up as he goes, as though the wood itself were shaken by his passing.
Subtly, shoulders like a mountain: beauty and disaster in one body. The strongest is the one who performs the greatest loss.
