Meaning

Let those who have received a well-formed body take the full benefit that it allows. This body appears like mist drifting over a mountain and, without staying, lets go of you there and then.

Explanation

Mist may touch a mountain as it moves but never settles there. So with the body: it seems to be present, but it does not stay.

Taking the benefit is not mere enjoyment; it means using the body for virtue and for renunciation. The body is an instrument, not the aim.

To reflect on

The body is a tool; making it the goal is the mistake.
