Explanation
Navaratri is the festival of nine nights in which the Goddess is worshipped in three forms: Durga, Lakshmi and Saraswati. The song's second line says it in brief: 'Uma, Saraswati, Shri, Mother' - three goddesses, one Mother.
Ujjain is a famous seat of Mahakali, and 'ujjaya' itself means 'great victory'. Bharathiyar joins both senses.
The last line carries one of Bharathiyar's distinctive ideas: the Satya Yuga need not return in history; it can be 'set within the heart'. When truth is established within, that is the age of truth for that person.
To reflect on
'Setting the age of truth within the heart' - what would an age of truth inside you look like?
