Meaning
Shall I let unlettered men who babble that teeth are jasmine buds, smiles and pearls trouble my mind and make me give up renunciation? I will walk remembering the teeth I have seen scattered on the burning ground for all to see.

Explanation
The previous verse was about the eye; this one is about teeth. In both, the ascetic keeps his resolve the same way: by looking at the end.
No one knows whose teeth lie scattered on the burning ground; beauty ends there.
To reflect on
Pearl-white teeth end as bones on the burning ground.
