பொருள்
'குடும்பத்தின் பிடிப்பால் நாங்கள் பாதுகாப்பாக இருக்கிறோம்; இங்கே நிலைத்துவிட்டோம்' என்று எண்ணி அறிவிலார் மடிந்து ஒழுகுவர். அந்தத் தாங்கல் நிற்பது போலத் தெரிந்தாலும் நிலையாது என்று உணர்ந்தவர் அதன் மேல் என்றும் காதல் கொள்ளார்.
Meaning
'Family support keeps us safe; here we have settled' — so the foolish think, and live carelessly. Those who have understood that such a support is not lasting, though it looks as if it stood, never dote on it.
