Meaning
Parashakti (the one form that is all three): Mother Parashakti! You fill the whole world! In this world, who is our support but you? Our life! Whatever comes, you will show the way! Mother even of Brahma! We will live bowing deeply to you.
Vani: Vani, goddess of the arts, will give beautiful speech. She wears a garland of pearls of knowledge, flawless as the finest pearl. She stands high in glory, as the sight we see and as that which shows all that is seen. Let us surround her flower-feet.
Sridevi: Queen of gold, consort of Narayana, queen of fame, with a body beautiful as gleaming navaratna gems. As Mother, she sustains the whole world. Let us take refuge at Sridevi's two golden feet and live.
Parvati: She was born on the mountain; she garlanded Shankara; blowing at the forge, she tends the fire of the world; she raises us in our standing. Bearing her feet directly on our heads, let us live on this earth.

Explanation
The nine nights of Navaratri are divided into threes: the first three for Durga (Parvati), the next three for Lakshmi, the last three for Saraswati. Bharathiyar sings each of the three goddesses separately, and places first the Parashakti in whom the three are one - 'the one form that is all three'. Its basis is the Devi Mahatmyam, whose three episodes (Mahakali, Mahalakshmi, Mahasaraswati) show three forms of the one Goddess.
Each description has a subtle point. Vani is 'the sight that is seen and that which shows all that is seen' - knowledge is both the seen and the seeing. Parvati 'blows at the forge and tends the fire of the world' - she is the world's energy, tapas and kriya shakti. The Shakta tradition also explains the three as the powers of will, action and knowledge (iccha, kriya, jnana).
To reflect on
If the three goddesses of Navaratri are one - are courage, wealth and knowledge in balance in your life?
