9. 9மனாதிகட் கரிய மதாதீத வெளியாம்The space beyond thought and mind, hard for the mind to grasp, the grace-light in the beginningless hall of consciousness.
10. 10எனைத்துந் துன்பிலா வியலளித்தெண்ணியGranting a nature free from all suffering as I desired, the grace-light in the hall that gives everything.
11. 11வாடுதனீக்கிய மணிமன் றிடையேIn the jewelled hall that removes all withering, the grace-light dances in its power.
12. 12எம்மையு மென்னைவிட்டிறையும் பிரியாNever parting from us or from me, the grace-light is our very father.
13. 13பொதுவுணர் வுணரும் போதலாற் பிரித்தேSince common understanding separates things, the grace-light cannot appear as a thing.
14. 14பவனத் தினண்டப் பரப்பினெங் கெங்கும்Everywhere across the spread of the cosmic egg, the grace-light is he himself for him.
15. 15எப்பொருள் மெய்ப்பொரு ளென்பர் மெய்கண்டோ ர்Those who know the truth call it the true essence of all things: the grace-light is that very essence.
16. 16பெரிதினும் பெரிதாய்ச் சிறிதினுஞ் சிறிதாய்Greater than the greatest, smaller than the smallest, the grace-light is harder than the hardest to reach.

23. 23எம்மத மெம்மிறை யென்ப வுயிர்த்திறள்Whatever faith I hold, my lord is that faith itself, said the grace-light shining with compassionate love.
24. 24மாய்ந்தவர் மீட்டும் வருநெறி தந்திதைThe grace-light said, I will reach the lost and show them the way, the ancient path back.
25. 25கருமசித் திகளின் கலைபல கோடியும்All the countless arts of the dark ego-mind, made strong and brilliant for me, said the grace-light.
26. 26சித்தியென் பதுநிலை சேர்ந்த வநுபவம்The state called siddhi is union with god; that too was my goal, said the grace-light.
27. 27படிமுடி கடந்தனை பாரிது பாரெனYou have crossed beyond these worlds, behold this, said the grace-light, showing the feet of god.
28. 28கற்பக மென்னுளங் கைதனிற் கொடுத்தேIt placed in my empty hand the wish-bearing tree, said the grace-light, performing wonders.
29. 29ஆரிய லகம்புற மகப்புறம் புறப்புறம்Inside and outside, near and far in every way, it began to show me the grace-light in every part.
30. 30பற்றுக ளனைத்தையும் பற்றறத் தவிர்த்தெனIt removed even the hold of holding on, said the grace-light, releasing all attachments.
31. 31கூற்றுதைத் தென்பாற் குற்றமுங் குணங்கொண்Death it slew and gave faults the nature of virtues, said the grace-light of measureless compassion.
32. 32ஏறா நிலைநடு வேற்றியென் றனையீண்In the mid-state where none can ascend, it gave me the six-fold powers that pass every path.
33. 33தெருணிலை யிதுவெனத் தெருட்டியென் னுளத்திருந்This is the state of openness; as it opened my heart, it showed the golden state within my soul.
34. 34விருப்போ டிகாறு வெறுப்புந் தவிர்த்தேIt took away hatred as it would not even consent to my wish, said the grace-light itself.
35. 35காற்றினுட் காற்றாய்க் காற்றிடைக் காற்றாய்Wind within wind, wind itself, wind inside wind, the grace-light shines mighty in every form.
36. 36புனாறு புனலாய்ப் புனனிலைப் புனலாய்Water within water, entering every state of water, it spreads vast as the grace-light.
37. 37நெருப்பது நிலைநடு நிலையெலா மளவிIt measured fire in the midst of states and assigned the place of no-form to itself.
38. 38மன்ணினி லைம்பூ வகுத்ததி லைந்திறம்It appointed the lotus seats upon the earth factions and arranged them with tenderness.
39. 39மண்ணிலைந் தைந்து வகையுங் கலந்துகொண்The five earths he joined and mixed together, and made them serve as his shining limbs.
40. 40மண்ணிலைச் சத்தர்கள் வகைபல பலவும்All the many kinds of beings of earth compound, he arranged so they might shine as one.
41. 41மண்ணியல் பலபல வகுத்ததிற் பிறவும்Of earth's many ways of grant and gift and more, he arranged them all with care.
42. 42நீரினிற் கருநிலை நிகழ்த்திய பற்பலIn water he brought about the dark beloved state dividing and gathering countless things.
43. 43நீரினிற் சத்தர்க ணிறைவகை யுறைவகைIn water's compounds he set the ways of fullness and rest, measuring their measure.
44. 44தீயினிற் சூட்டியல் சேர்தரச் செலவியல்In fire he set in place the joining and the going, the powers of heat that others use.
45. 45தீயிடை மூவியல் செறிவித் ததிற்பலIn fire's threefold joining he set close and places and assigned them their line of work.
46. 46தீயிடை யுயிர்பல திகழுறு பொருள்பலAmong the many suns and many things in fire, he set them each a place to work.
47. 47காற்றிடை யசையியல் கலையிய ஡யி஡஢யல்In air he set the motions true to natural law, the arts of movement matched with power.
48. 48காற்றினி லிடைநடு கடைந்டு வகம்புறம்In air, the middle joined to the last and the outer side, he measured out its functions.
49. 49காற்றிடை நானிலைக் கருவிக ளனைத்தையும்In air, the four states and all their instruments, he measured and divided for use.
50. 50காற்றியல் பலபல கணித்ததிற் பிறவும்Of air's many kinds he weighed and judged the rest, and measured them each their strength.
51. 51வெளியிடை முடிநிலை விளங்குற வகுத்தேIn space he set the states that come to an end to shine, and made the light a gift.
52. 52வெளியி னனைத்தயும் விரித்ததிற் பிறவும்Of space, the all he spread and measured the rest, arranging them to receive his grace.
53. 53கருதக நடுவொடு கடையணைந் தகமுதல்He joined the midst, the end, and the beginning of the mind, and showed them the way of grace.
54. 54அகப்புற நடுவா லணிபுற நடுவைWith the middle side and the outer middle, he set the inside too to be found.
55. 55அகப்புறக் கடைமுத லணைவா லக்கணம்The inside, last, beginning, joins and definitions, he placed in the inner parts for use.
56. 56புனன்மேற் புவியும் புவிமேற் புடைப்பும்Above the spheres he set earth above water, and set his form above them all.
57. 57சுத்தநல் வெளியைத் துரிசறு பரவெளிPure open space and the space beyond decay, the space between them he divided out.
58. 58குணமுதற் கருவிகள் கூடிய பகுதியில்The parts where qualities and instruments come together, he joined as one region.
59. 59ஓங்கிய வண்ட மொளிபெற முச்சுடர்The raised beetle and the six lamps that shine, once abodes, the grace-light divided them all.
60. 60தெளிவுசெய் தலைவரைத் திகழுமண் டங்களைSecret things made clear, the glories of shining worlds, he gave them all their place to shine.
61. 61பகர்பரா சத்தியைப் பதியுமண் டங்களைUnspeakable strength the shining worlds he placed, and filled them with awareness of the inside.
62. 62களவில கடல்வகை கங்கில கரையிலSecret seas and hidden strands, the measureless ones, it divided without measure.
63. 63ஒன்றினி லொன்றே யொன்றிடை யாயிரம்One within one, and one among a thousand, the grace-light knew no end, dividing each.
64. 64விளைவிய லனைத்தும் வித்திடை யடங்கWhatever grew was held within the seed alone, and measured out by him who gives it worth.
65. 65முளையதின் முளையும் முளையினுண் முளையும்Sprouting from sprout and seed within seed, he set a hedge of bonds around them.
66. 66உறவினி லுறவும் உறவினிற் பகையும்Kin among kin and enmity among kin, he set apart as duty's way.
67. 67அருவினுள் ளருவும் மருவதி லருவும்Stream within stream and stream in the sweet grove, it settled them with the grace it gave.
68. 68பெருமையிற் பெருமையும் பெருமையிற் சிறுமையும்Greatness within greatness and small within great, he made the golden state of light.
69. 69முடியுனுண் முடியும் முடியினின் முடியும்End within end and end from the end, it made them dense and set them close.
70. 70பாரிடை வேர்வையிற் பையிடை முட்டையில்From the earth's womb and the world's small egg, he shaped the breath and formed the being.

74. 74உடலுறு பிணியா லுயிருடல் கெடாவகைDisease that eats the bodies of the living and dulls life, he kept them from harming every soul.
75. 75வான்முகிற் சத்தியான் மழைபொழி வித்துயர்Rain poured by the strength of the clouded heaven, he guarded it from turning to harm.
76. 76அகப்புற வமுதளித் தைவர்ரா திகளைAh! The verse of inner nectar that makes Siva's folk know the inside as it was to be known.
77. 77கலையறி வளித்துக் களிப்பினி ஡யிரெலாம்Skill and wisdom given, and every joy that follows, he kept them unshaken in their place.
78. 78எப்படி யெவ்வுயி ரெண்ணின வவ்வுயிர்க்However and whatever life I thought of, that life received its bread and was fed.
79. 79எவையெலா மெவையெலா மீண்டின வீண்டினAll returning and returning again, he guarded each and every one in place.
80. 80காமப் புடைப்புயிர் கண்டொட ராவகைDesire-born bodies of life that see and vanish in an hour, he held back from wandering still.
81. 81நால்வயிற் றுரிசும் நண்ணுயி ராதியில்The impurity of the four bellies and the nearness of life, he stopped them short at their base.
82. 82சுத்தமா நிலையிற் சூழுறு விரிவைThe spread of conditions around the state of purity, he contained them in that selfsame way.
83. 83பொன்மைத் திரையாற் பொருளுறு வெளியைFolding the fruitful space in golden waves, the grace-light hides itself by its own nearness.
84. 84திரைமறைப் பெல்லாந் தீர்த்தாங் காங்கேWhere waves and concealment fail at the holy ford, the grace-light shows them how to flourish and reign.
85. 85சொருப மறைப்பெலாந் தொலைப்பித் துயிர்களைFrom within grace it graces lives gone far away, escaped from the body's covering.
86. 86சத்தர்கண் மறைப்பைத் தவிர்த்தவர்க் கின்பம்Past the covering of the elements lies a joy; the grace-light tells it to those it has won.
87. 87தெருட்டுந் தலைவர்கள் சேர்பல கோடியைLeaders and crores who join the gift of grace, it graces them, from grace itself.
88. 88செத்தவ ரெழுகவெனச் செப்பியாங் கெழுப்பிடThe dead it raised as it had promised; what power is such an art! said the grace-light.
89. 89களங்கநீத் துலகங் களிப்புற மெய்நெறிTo clear the world of stain and gladden it in the true way, the true object shines within my soul.
90. 90திரையோ தசநிலை சிவவெளி நடுவேTen states within the waves, in the midst of Siva's space, the sweet life of grace, the true object.
91. 91அதுவினு ளதுவா யதுவே யதுவாய்ப்That within that, becoming that and that, dancing in the common, the perfect object.
92. 92ஆடுறு சித்திக ளறுபத் துநான்கெழுDancing siddhis of sixty-four and eight and crores, he dwells: that is the true object.
93. 93பரத்தினிற் பரமே பரத்தின்மேற் பரமேParam over the param, above the param, within the param, param over param, the param.
94. 94சத்திய பதமே சத்துவ பதமேThe state of strength, the state of being, the state of eternity, the state that stands complete.
95. 95பிரமமெய்க் கதியே பிரமமெய்ப் பதியேThe state of Brahman's truth and Brahman's abode, the quality of Brahman, its finest quality.
96. 96மெய்வைத் தழியா வெறுவெளி நடுவுறA space in the midst that never wastes the true, the abode divine: Siva, Siva.
97. 97எங்கே கருணை யியற்கையி னுள்ளனWherever compassion exists in nature, there the grace-light shone, the true Siva.
98. 98பயிர்ப்புறு கரணப் பரிசுகள் பற்பலThe many classes of ripening dispositions, you said were one living soul: the true Siva.
99. 99அருணெறி யொன்றே தெருணெறி மற்றெலாம்The bright path is the one way; all others, you said, are the dark path: the true Siva.
100. 100அருட்டனி வல்லப மதுவே யெலாஞ்செய்Grace's maturity, you declared, is the siddhi that achieves every true purpose: the true Siva.
101. 101அருளே நம்மடி யருளே நம்முடிGrace is our feet, grace our crown, grace our middle path, said Siva.
102. 102அருளே நங்குல மருளே நம்மினம்Grace our kindred, grace our clan, grace our knowledge: indeed, said Siva.
103. 103நிகா஢லா வின்ப நிலைநடு வைத்தெனைத்In the midst of endless joy you placed me; alone you guard me, my own Siva's home.
104. 104கையற வனைத்துங் கடிந்தெனைத் தேற்றிEverything beyond my power, you drew near me, set me on the world, my pure Siva's home.
105. 105மதிநிலை யிரவியின் வளர்நிலை யனலின்The state of mind, growing like the night, like a flame increasing: the true path of the holy guru.
106. 106சிவரக சியமெலாந் தெரிவித் தெனக்கேThe knowing guru who showed all the truths of Siva, and the nine states for me to know.
107. 107செய்பவை யெல்லாஞ் செய்வித் தெனக்கேAll the deeds you made me do, you said; the means of going you gave, the noble guru.
108. 108சீருற வருளாந் தேசுற வழியாப்Grace that grants glory, the path that gives worth, you embraced me: the gracious one.
109. 109அருளமு தேமுத லைவகை யமுதமும்Grace nectar and the first of every kind of nectar, showed me, the treasure of worth.
110. 110துய்ப்பினி லனைத்துஞ் சுகம்பெற வளித்தெனக்In all you provide, you gave me joy to taste; you removed decay, mother of bliss.
111. 111வெளிப்பட விரும்பிய விளைவெலா மெனக்கேAll the results I wished to see made manifest, your gift, mother of love who made joy.
112. 112சினமுத லனைத்தையுந் தீர்த்தெனை நனவினுங்All anger you removed and never left me, even in dreams: mother of compassion.
113. 113அறிவிலாப் பருவத் தறிவெனக் களித்தேKnowledge you gave me in the age of no-knowledge; beyond birth you rested, father of great grace.
114. 114எட்டிரண் டறிவித் தெனைத்தனி யேற்றிப்Eight and twelve kinds of knowing you gave me alone, set me in the assembly: father of truth.
115. 115தன்வச மாகிய தத்துவ மனைத்தையும்All the truths that were in your power, you made mine, father of my life.
116. 116சதுரப் பேரருட் டனிப்பெருந் தலைவனென்Of great fourfold grace, the lord great in patience, rose up before me: my own father.
117. 117எவ்வகைத் திறத்தினு மெய்துதற் கா஢தாம்Every kind of art to sing your praise, you gave me that state, gracious father.
118. 118எங்குறு தீமையு மெனைத்தொட ராவகைWhatever harm might arise anywhere, you kept watch and never left my side.
119. 119நான்புரி வனவெலாந் தான்புரிந் தெனக்கேHe measured the fourfold worlds and fitted them for me to gain the heavenly state: gracious one you are.
120. 120சவலைநெஞ் சகத்தின் றளர்ச்சியு மச்சமுGrief of the anxious heart, decay and worry you removed, and joined with me: gracious one you are.
121. 121என்றுமோர் நிலையாய் என்றுமோ ரியலாய்An everlasting state you became, ever with me, always within: my own attainment.
122. 122துரியமுங் கடந்ததோர் பெரியவான் பொருளெனPast the great beyond, the great object the Vedas proclaim, you are that true word.
123. 123படிநிலை பலவாய் பதநிலை பலவாய்Many the levels and many the states, you shone unfailing: my own attainment.
124. 124காட்சிகள் பலவாய்க் காண்பன பலவாய்Many the visions and many the things to see, you explained with true touch: my own attainment.
125. 125இதுவது வென்னா வியாடை யதுவாய்Neither this nor that: indifference itself you became, and filled everything before me: my own joy.
126. 126முத்தர்கள் சித்தர்கள் சத்திகள் சத்தர்கள்Saints and siddhas and strengths of every grade, to them all you gave such power: my own joy.
127. 127கலந்தறி வுருவாய்க் கருதுதற் கரிதாய்Mingled you became the knowing form, hard for thought to reach, the lamp giving grace and gentle sweetness.
128. 128பூரண வடிவாய்ப் பொங்கிமேற் றதும்பிPerfect form, rising and overflowing, with Vedas and scriptures without end.
129. 129நவநிலை தருமோர் நல்லதெள் ளமுதேNectar good that grants the nine states, the nectar dense within Siva's state.
130. 130அண்டமு மதன்மே லண்டமு மவற்றுளThe universe and above it, other universes within, and the treasures shown: the eternal jewel.
131. 131அண்டகோ டிகளெலா மரைக்கணத் தேகிக்Crore universes gathered to behold; you shine, the jewel filled with every art.
132. 132வான்பெறற் கரிய வகையெலாம் விரைந்துEvery kind hard for heaven to gain you gave swiftly so I might gain: sacred Natha, you are.
133. 133உடற்பிணி யனைத்தையு முயிர்ப்பிணி யனைத்தையுAll diseases of body and of soul you drove away, the grace-medicine of Siva.
134. 134என்றே யென்னினு மிளமையோ டிருக்கEver with innocence you stay, granting what is good, a medicine of pure knowledge.
135. 135காட்சிக் கினியநற் கலையுடை யதுவாய்A joy to see, adorned with gracious art, you hold rule and glorious fame.
136. 136எடுத்தெடுத் துதவினு மென்றுங் குறையாHelping again and again, you never fall short, you rise without end: gold of true grace.
137. 137விண்ணியற் தலைவரும் வியந்திட வெனக்குப்The lords of heaven marvel; for me you bloomed red gold by the fruit of merit.
138. 138இதமுற வூழிதோ றெடுத்தெடுத் துலகோர்க்Age after age, taking good, you help the world and never leave, you rise: the precious nectar.
139. 139பளகிலா தோங்கும் பளிக்குமா மலையேThe hill that never fails and makes others flourish, the Manikka hill filled with every wealth.
140. 140பவக்கடல் கடந்துநான் பார்த்தபோ தருகேI crossed the ocean of birth and looked; you rose, bearing every grace, the shore.
141. 141தென்னைவாய்க் கிடைத்த செவ்விள நீரேThe red nectar found in the coconut's mouth, that floats rich in the coconut's milk: the nectar of life.
142. 142சாலவே யினிக்குஞ் சர்க்கரைத் திரளேThe rich mass of sugar, sweeter than all, such sugar melting on the tongue.
143. 143இகந்தரு புவிமுத லெவ்வுல குயிர்களும்Earth and every breathing thing grow fragrant when your grace draws near.
144. 144நம்புறு மாகம நவிற்றிய பாட்டேThe praise the sinless monk recited, my worthless body's humble song.
145. 145என்பெரு நலமே யென்பெருங் குலமேMy virtue great, my lineage great, my worthiness, my sprawling land.
146. 146என்பெலா நெக்குநெக் கியலிடை நெகிழ்ந்திடAll my limbs grew soft and slack, every tender joint gave way.
147. 147வாய்துடித் தலறிட வளர்செவித் துணைகளிற்My mouth cried out, my ears grew sharp, the inner senses thrummed to one.
148. 148தத்துவ மனைத்துந் தாமொருங் கொழிந்திடச்The three soul-natures dwindled, dead, the single grace-nature stood alone.
149. 149என்னுளே யரும்பி யென்னுளே மலர்ந்துWithin me it budded, bloomed, within me opened wide: my love.
150. 150தன்வச மாகித் ததும்பிமேற் பொங்கிBound to its own sway, surging high, it crossed to me: my love of mine.
151. 151இடுவெளி யனைத்து மியலொளி விளங்கிடAll empty space shone everywhere, the lamp You set at centre blazed.
152. 152தண்ணிய வமுதே தந்தென துளத்தேSweet nectar cool within my soul, the moon of merit grown complete.
153. 153என்னையும் பணிகொண் டென்னுளே நிரம்பYou took me as Your own and filled within: a rain of merciful grace.
154. 154திரையெலாந் தவிர்த்துச் செவ்வியுற் றாங்கேEvery wave was swept away, then shone the unsullied ruby flame of grace.
155. 155நலங்கொளப் புரிந்திடு ஞானயா கத்திடைBow down in the sage's soul — the flame of true knowing swells and rises there.
156. 156வரநிறை பொதுவிடை வளர்திரு நடம்புரிGrace brim-full, common to all, abode of great Siddhanta's blissful light.
157. 157என்னையும் பொருளென வெண்ணியென் னுளத்தேYou took me as Your own, and as my mother, Father, stayed within.
158. 158ஓருரு வாக்கியா னுன்னிய படியெலாஞ்As one word, as you intended all, You ordered things to grow toward life.
159. 159மூவருந் தேவரு முத்தருஞ் சித்தரும்Three Gods, immortals, Siddhas too — yours alone: you granted all.
160. 160சுத்தசன் மார்க்க சுகநிலை பெறுகBe pure in sacred path, in joy — be the good one, grow ever high.
161. 161சீர்கொண்ட வொற்றிப் பதியுடை யானிடஞ் சேர்ந்தமணிThe lord of Chottriyur, in whose town I dwell, joined: the jewel breast.
162. 162கடலமு தேசெங்கரும்பெ அருட்கற் பசுக்கனியேSea of nectar! crimson sugar-cane! grace's karpura fruit! space within soul!
